Barbara Lamb, LMFT
ACCET President

Barbara Lamb graduated from the University of LaVerne in California.  She specializes in Regression Therapy with people who experience encounters with extraterrestrial beings.  Trained in Regression Therapy for several years during the 1980s by the Association for Past Life Research and Therapies (APRT), she began working with ET experiencers in 1991.  She has conducted regressions with more than 800 people totaling more than 1,800 regressions to these types of encounters.
Barbara has taught workshops for Regression Therapists to train them in doing regression therapy with experiencers of extraterrestrial contact through the following organizations:  The Association for Past Life Research and Therapies (APRT), the Professional Institute for Regression Therapy (PIRT), the International Board of Regression Therapies (IBRT), and other training agencies.  She is currently the President of The Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists (ACCET) and is a Board Member of The Journal of Abduction- Encounter research (JAR).

Over the past 20 years, Barbara has presented lectures on the subject of extraterrestrial encounters across the United States, Canada, England and Belgium, including to the International UFO Congress, The Bay Area UFO Expo, Star Knowledge Conferences, Whole Life Expos, Brain-Mind Symposiums, and various Mutual UFO Network chapters.  She has been interviewed on numerous national television shows including Encounters, The Other Side, The Learning Channel, The History Channel, Discovery Channel, and WE Channel.  She has also been interviewed on various radio programs, on the air and on the Internet.  Barbara, also a noted crop circle researcher, co-authored her first book, Crop Circles Revealed, with Judith K. Moore in 2001.  She co-authored her second book, Alien Experiences, with Nadine Lalich in 2008.

June Steiner, PhD, CHT, A.A.E.T. has had a private practice and taught in the fields of Transpersonal Psychology, Parapsychology, Anomalous Experiences, Altered States, Consciousness, and Shamanism for over 30 years.  She is an experiencer and co-hosts an International Anonalous Email Support Group and a local, in person, Support Group.

Her specialties include individual counseling for children and adults, relationships and families undergoing crisis or spiritual emergencies.

Richard Boylan, Ph. D., CCHT
ACCET Board Member

Dr. Richard J. Boylan is a Ph.D. behavioral scientist, anthropologist, university associate professor (emeritus), certified clinical hypnotherapist,  researcher, and Councillor.  He is a consultant to Star Kids and Star Seed adults seeking to understand better their origin, identity and mission, in order to have full awareness and clarity about their identity, inner growth, spiritual development, and future path. He is President of the Star Kids Project, Ltd.  Dr. Boylan also provides hypnotherapy for recalling the full details of partially remembered close encounters with the Star Visitors which are stored in subconscious memory.

Since 1989 Dr. Boylan has conducted research into human encounters with the StarVisitors. This has led to his current focus, creating the Star Kids Project, Ltd in 2003, and working with these genetically-upgraded children with advanced abilities, and their families.  He has presented papers on his research at, among other conferences, the 1992 M.I.T. Abduction Study Conference, the 1995 Cosmic Cultures International Conference atWashington, DC, and the 2008 International Symposium on Star Nations, Rome..

Dr. Boylan is author of four books, Close Extraterrestrial Encounters (1994), Labored Journey To the Stars (1996), Project Epiphany (1997), Star Kids: the Emerging Cosmic Generation(2005) and The Human – Star Nations Connection (2012).

He has over 50 articles published.

Joyce Z. Meyers, LCSW, CRT, CHT. As a holistic and spiritual psychotherapist with over twenty five years of experience, Joyce has developed a transformational model synthesizing transpersonal, shamanic and experiential approaches to personal growth, healing, recovery and spiritual unfoldment. Her specialties include but are not limited to: family and relationship issues, sexuality, life purpose, trauma recovery, feelings work, inner child bonding, the development and expansion of creative and healing gifts, working with indigo, crystal and rainbow teens and young adults; multidimensional states, paranormal difficulties, and extraterrestrial contact.
